As part of this ongoing commitment to our clients and employees, all diving operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and industry standards. As a result of maintaining such high standards, our client base includes many governmental agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy and NOAA, to name a few.
DRS MARINE is a member of the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADC), we comply with the ADC Consensus Standards for Commercial Diving Operations and recognize that recreational scuba diving certificates do not represent appropriate training for conducting commercial diving operations and all of DRS Marine's Diving personnel have received training from an accredited Association of Commercial Diving Educators (ACDE) school and hold ADC Commercial Diver Certification Cards indicating their qualification and competency level as defined in the ADC Consensus Standards.
Other personnel qualifications maintained by many of our divers include: non-destructive testing (NDT) training, confined space entry training, tagout/lockout training, Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training, underwater bridge inspector's training, safe boating training and U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License.
Insurance certificates for our General Liability, Workers' Compensation and Jones Act coverage will be issued prior to commencement of work and can be provided for evaluation of our qualifications.
